I never have a problem contacting the surgery although I do tend to go online.

Not sure there was anything. The receptionist was lovely and the doctor was brilliant.

The telephone system is so much better tan it was before covid. You always get a call back and both the doctors and receptionist are very understanding of your problem. Also, now you are not in the waiting room for very long. Very happy all round

I had been waiting since December for a steroid injection, but when I pressed the link, it was full. After telephoning, I was told I would have to rejoin the waiting list. Very frustrating when you are in pain.

Overall efficient process from phone call to being seen.

Waiting time meant that car parking was £1.80 for a 5 min appointment

I was waiting for a referral from the IVR hospital in Newcastle. I was visiting there at the time. That was taking a long time to come through, so from advice from the secretary, I rang and was able to get an online telephone appointment quite quickly. The doctor then saw me promptly and referred me on to Worcester Hospital. I cannot fault the service I have received from the surgery or from the Worcester Hospital.
